Our Accreditations & Qualifications

Excellent Health & Safety performance is crucial to the ongoing operations within our business. We have dedicated SHEQ advise to ensure that all our operations are caried out safely & responsibly.

We have successfully gained the industry accreditations & qualifications as listed through external assessment to ensure we conform to these procedures and continually improve upon them. All of our certificates are available upon request.


National Electricity Registration Scheme. Lloyds Register (NERS)

This accreditation allows us to undertake “Contestable” works for Distribution Network Operators (DNO’s) within the Electricity sector. We are accredited within the schemes civils aspects for cable laying upto 11KV.

Highway Electrical Registration Scheme. (HERS).

This accreditation allows us to undertake installation, maintenance & renewals of all aspects of highway electrical assets & street furnature from lighting columns, lit signs & bollards to electrical connections.

Constructionline Gold.

Our Constructionline Gold membership demonstrates to accociated buyers that we have proven full compliance in our commitment to risk management & governance within the business through their pre-qualification assessment which allows us to bid for & win work with new clients also registered within the scheme.

Acclaim.

Our accreditation with Acclaim demonstrates our compliance with Health & Safety Legistration & best practice. Part of the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP), this scheme is backed & quality assured by Supplier Assessment Services Ltd.

The Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme. (CHAS).

Part of a common assessment standard for the construction sector recognised by many blue-chip companies, CHAS assesses our compliance to Health & Safety by auditing our SHEQS documentation & procedures to ensure we meet their standards of excellence.

Achilles UVDB.

A widely recognised & endorsed certification scheme within the industry, Achilles’ work with all major utility companies looking to outsource contracted works. We have achieved this accreditation by undergoing their strict independent audit of our internal Safety, Health, Environment & Quality Management Systems. (SHEQ).

Energy & Utility Skills Register. (EUSR).

The EUSR is a training & certification scheme for skills relating to the energy & utility sector. Each of our field operatives are registered to the scheme & hold a EUSR CSCS affiliated ID card which lists their specific qualifications to the scheme on the reverse. Such training includes Grundowinch, locate utility services, manual handling & abrasive wheels etc.

New Roads & Street Works Act. (NRSWA).

One in every two of our field operatives hold a NRSWA qualification card which entitles them to conduct work on the public highway. NRSWA training ensures our operatives have a full understanding of what standards, legislations & codes of practice they need to adhere to while working on our behalf. This qualification is refreshed every 5 years.
